The push up is a calisthenic exercise which trains your chest,triceps,abs and your anterior deltoids.There are many push up variations,but the most important thing to remember is CORRECT FORM.

How to do a Push-up ( Video and instructions )


1.Get in the starting position.
2.Put your hands shoulder width wide.
3.Keep your feet slightly apart.
4.Lower youself until your body is parallel with the floor and you chest is nearly touching the ground.
5.Keep your back straight and keep those abs tight.
